Neimonds Independent Church (Richfield, PA)
After losing their church to a devastating fire in early 2017, Neimonds Independent Church has rebuilt. Lehman Construction of Chambersburg and MGM worked together to design a system that is efficient and addressed make up air requirements by PA code.
MGM installed (4) American Standard (Trane) propane package units that heat and cool the Sanctuary and Social Hall area of church. These units also bring make-up air into the building. Classroom areas are conditioned by (3) American Standard Heat Pump systems.
All thermostats are linked to an iPad for off-site control of building temperatures.
